Why Most Logos Fail?
Here’s the real reason most logos don’t work

Most logos fail before the designer even opens Illustrator. 💻 Because a logo isn’t supposed to invent a brand. It’s supposed to represent one.If the brand has no clear positioning, personality, or story, the logo is basically trying to dress up an identity crisis. That’s like asking a tailor to make a suit…for a person who doesn’t exist yet. 👔
The “Make It Look Like Apple” Problem

Another classic.
A client once said:
"Can we make the logo feel like Apple… but also like Nike… and maybe a bit like Tesla?"
Sure.
While we’re at it, do you want it to taste like pizza and chocolate cake at the same time? 🍕🍰
Brands become memorable because they commit to being something specific.
Not because they look like everyone else who is already successful.
The Real Job of a Logo
A good logo doesn’t try to explain everything.
It does three simple things:
Represents the brand clearly
Feels consistent with the brand personality
Is easy to recognize
That’s it.
The heavy lifting is done by strategy, positioning, and brand voice.
The logo is just the flag on top of the castle. 🏰
If your logo isn’t working, don’t rush to redesign it.
Ask a better question first.
Is the brand clear enough for the logo to represent?
Because when the brand makes sense…
The logo usually does too.
